We want to send a notification mail to a particular email-id . I have used a notification activity and in its property I have given the user name in To and also I have given the mail content in mail tab. But in my case the task is coming to the UWL of the user but no notification is coming to the defined user. Can you please let me know the steps to be followed or any configuration which we need to do for the same.
Any detailed documents will help a lot.
